WELCOME to the 23rd Annual Tour of Homes. The Home Builders Association of Lane County is proud to produce this popular civic event and we are delighted that you have taken this opportunity to join us in celebrating homeownership.

You have the opportunity to visit with 22 professional builders proudly showcasing twentyfour homes ranging in price from $216,520 to $2,400,000. The event is free to the public and will showcase a community investment exceeding $20 million dollars. As you tour the homes, take photos, ask questions, make notes, talk to the builders. Our members are eager to help. All we ask in return is to respect the new homes and wear the provided booties over your shoes (no bare feet allowed). Several homes will also have interesting displays in the garages that will introduce new trends and innovative products enhancing the homeowner’s quality of life and preserving the earth’s resources. You’ll discover several ideas among the many choices as you explore homes displaying the latest trends and technologies.

Interested in Building Green? If so, we have a special opportunity you may want to take advantage of. The Association membership unites to construct one home per year which is placed on the annual Tour of Homes. A special emphasis was placed on making this year’s home a Building Green showcase and education center. The home has been certified by ENERGY STAR® and Earth Advantage® and comes complete with green features including Photovoltaic panels, LED lights, & dual-flush toilets. Experts will be at the home during the tour to answer your green building questions. The home is located at 2598 17th Street in Springfield.
